Get Well Cards
In partnership with Active Minds, Each Mind Matters developed a set of “Get Well Cards” with messages of support, tips and resources. They are available as high res postcards that can be sent to your local printer and as as JPGs that are sized for sharing on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
