Get involved in Mental Health Awareness Week October 4 – October 10, 2015! Thanks to NAMI’s efforts in 1990, this year marks the 25th anniversary of the U.S. Congress establishing the first full week in October is Mental Illness Awareness Week. Use the toolkit below to raise awareness about mental health and Each Mind Matters.

To further raise awareness for the week, we encourage you to vocalize your support for mental health and Each Mind Matters with your local county board of supervisors. Everyone has a role to play in the movement. Share your story and inspire others to speak up in support.
