Lime Green Roundup: Mental Health Matters Month pt. 1

Mental Health Matters Month is off to a great start! Californians from Roseville to San Diego are getting into the spirit of May and showing their support for mental health in their communities. Here are some of our favorite lime green moments so far:

Fence Art

This May, Each Mind Matters introduced a fun new art activity to bring the spirit of Mental Health Matters Month into the spaces we live, work and play. All you need is lime green duct tape and a chain link fence! Wilson Elementary and Humboldt County showed off their fence installations. Want to create your own? Click here to get started.

Ribbon Walls

Schools and organizations are creating their own displays to showcase words of support for mental wellness and those facing mental heath challenges.

You can easily create your own ribbon wall at your workplace or school – click here to learn how.

Lime Green Spirit

Thank you to everyone who is sharing lime green swag with their colleagues and friends, and posting their lime green photos on social media!

EMM at the Ballpark

This May, Each Mind Matters is teaming up with ballparks across the state to celebrate Mental Health Matters Month with baseball fans. Our first stop was Petco Park to cheer on the Padres on May 8!

Next Each Mind Matters cheered on the Giants at Oracle Park on May 15. Thanks to all of the fans who braved the rain and came out to show their support for mental health awareness!

Tickets are still available to join Each Mind Matters at the River Cats game in Sacramento this Friday. Click here to purchase.
