Mental Health Awareness Activities in Fresno County
Welcome to Mental Health Awareness Month!
Lime green is the national color of mental health awareness. Wearing a lime green ribbon is a great way to start a dialogue with friends, family, classmates, and co-workers about mental health. This year’s theme is Fitness #4Mind4Body. When we talk about health, it is important we focus on whole health and not just heart health, or liver health, or brain health. You have to see the whole person, and make use of the tools and resources that benefit minds and bodies together.
