Healing Voices Film – Santa Clara County Premiere

NEW feature-length (90 min.) documentary explores the experiences commonly labeled as “psychosis” or “mental illness” through the real life stories of three individuals working through extreme mental states, and integrating these experiences into their lives in meaningful ways over a period of nearly five years.

The film also features interviews with notable personalities, e.g., Dr. Marius Romme, Robert Whitaker, Dr. Bruce Levine, Will Hall, and others.

HEALINGVOICES challenges one to rethink our cultural understanding of “mental illness” by bringing a message of recovery.
