Free Film Screening: Resilience: The Biology of Stress & the Science of Hope

St. Joseph Health is committed to increasing access and providing education that supports the mental health of our community. In collaboration with local community partners, SJH Community Benefit Department is determined to raise awareness about mental health; Mental Health is Healthcare. We encourage everyone to start conversations, listen openly and support one another. Together we can spread awareness and decrease stigma around mental health.

In partnership with Palm Drive Health Care District and the Gravenstein Health Action Chapter, we are kicking off May is Mental Health Awareness month with a free screening of the movie, “Resilience: The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope” at Rialto Cinemas, May 1st from 6:30pm-8:30pm.

We hope you can join us for the film and post-panel discussion with local community partners.
