Developing Emotional Resilience Workshop
Our emotions shape how we respond to life. They can motivate us, fill us with happiness, or hold us back, fill us with dread, anxiety, and cause us to take actions we later regret. Our Developing Emotional Resilience workshop will help you better understand how your emotions affect you and others around you. Learn how to bounce back faster and better from emotional trauma, anxiety, stress, and fear. This series of workshops will teach you several ways to build your emotional resilience and will include lectures, brain exercises to build resilience, use of Heart Rate Variability monitors, group activities, individualized support sessions, and more. Although each workshop is different, you may attend any workshop as some basics will be covered in every session.
