Will prepare clients/participants for the following:
-Understanding the case management process from initial intake to termination of case management services

-Understand the scope of advocacy by Case Managers and Peer Partners for the rights, decisions, strengths, and needs of clients including how clients can self-advocate for themselves in this process

-Know what to expect in service planning, implementation, and monitoring by Case Managers and Peer Partners
