AIM for Awareness
Mark your calendars!
AIM for Mental Health is holding its Second Annual AIM for Awareness Walk/Rally on Sunday, November 15, at Lovers Point Park in Pacific Grove. Registration begins at 8:00 am with the two-mile walk commencing at 9:15 am followed by a light breakfast, fun interactive activities, exhibitors and more. AIM for Mental Health was founded in 2014 to raise money for research to find cures and better treatments for mental disorders in children, teens and young adults, and to raise awareness of the tremendous increase in mental health disorders in our nation’s youth. This year’s walk is designed to bring our community together to raise awareness about, and eliminate the stigma against, mental illness.
Registration donation is $10.00 for youth 18 and under, $25.00 for ages 19 and over and all participants receive a t-shirt. For more information and to register, go to AIM for Mental Health’s website: www.AIMforMentalHealth.org
