NEW Social Media Mental Health Templates!
Use Your Creativity to Build #StrengthInCommunity Online with Stories
Mental Health Matters Month may be over, but there is plenty you can do to help build #StrengthInCommunity. We know how important social media is when it comes to staying connected, showing support, and sharing personal stories in simple and creative ways. That’s why we’re rolling out a fresh batch of social media story templates, including our first two with examples for inspiration for you to personalize, decorate and share.
Fill out the templates with emojis, text, stickers – anything – that expresses who you are and what you want to share. Tag others you care about to lift them up and post. Start the ball rolling by choosing one of our templates available here: emmresourcecenter.org/resources/social-media-story-templates.
Need some ideas? Give shout-outs to your closest friends, colleagues or team! Working hard? Share this blog post with your colleagues and encourage the entire office to participate. Keeping in touch with school friends while on vacation? Share and tag your squad as a fun way to check in.
Just remember to tag @EachMindMatters so we can share yours in our feed.
You can find all of the templates – including some extras for inspiration – in this blog post. We recommend saving the images directly to your mobile device so you have them all in one place, then jumping into either Instagram or Facebook to start creating.
How to use the templates:
To use, just download a blank template (available on this page), then:
1. Fill out a template using stories.
2. Tag us and as many friends as you want.
3. Share your story.
